We had originally had a quote from Saga who were the complete opposite of Jade.
Jade was extremely helpful, professional and friendly and sorted out a policy that was exactly what we were looking for.
A credit to your office and why we keep coming back to Howdens.

Having dealt with the company a few years back I was hoping to get a good deal, I was welcomed by stef who was warm friendly and helped me to get the deal I wanted. So top marks to the company and also to stef who is a credit to the company.

I have several cars with different companies. Other classic car insurance (Lancaster) that I use for other car waisted my time and service was bad. I contacted Howden as they sort my insurance. The best is that you can speak with a person, and Michael Luff gave me a top customer service. Price was reasonable too. When my other classic cars insurance expire I will move it to Howden

Olivia from Epsom was very professional, efficient and thorough when going through my quote for home and car insurance. She was the best I have spoken to for a while. She was friendly and very helpful with advice I needed on legal expenses. It was a very positive experience which I also pointed out to her on the phone.
