I have been a customer of A-Plan insurance for many years.
I insure both my commercial vehicle and a family car.
In general the service has been very good. I have only one incident of an automatic home insurance policy renewal in which I became double insured and out of pocket. I wrote a letter asking for this to be sorted out with a full refund. I did not receive an apology from A-Plan and only partial refund of the amount they took, because of the time that elapsed prior to noticing their error. The customer is always right? Not at A-Plan!

We then talked about our buildings/contents cover and she found a quote for me with another company - same levels of cover - with a saving of £250 pa. Absolutely fantastic !
