We’ve been working with Shane Diamond at Howden Insurance for the past 7 years (previously known as A-Plan), and the level of service he provides has always been outstanding. Shane handles our public liability and home insurance, and we can honestly say that his support, knowledge, and genuine kindness make him an absolute pleasure to deal with.

I was helped out of a situation by the wonderful Luca. He was so patient but extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. He talked me through everything thoroughly, and even waited on the line until the policy came through in full, so I could print it off.
