I brought a car from here. Usually I would buy cars privately, so I came here in the trust I would be buying a good car from a professional, highly recommended car dealership. I arranged appointment with Jason. This was during the COVID19. Jason was very quick to response and fitted into our schedule for the appointment. Me, my partner and 2 year old daughter arrived at TJ Vickers. We were greeted by Jason, on which he allow his to look casually at the requested cars. I must add Jason wasn't pushy at all, he allow us to look on our own, test drive 2 cars and we would approach Jason about anything we needed to know. Jason was honest, professional and genuine throughout. We were there for over an hour (we wanted to make sure we got this right, after previous experiences). We decided on a Suzuki and drove away very happy. Jason made the transition very easy. I just want to say a few things about how Jason has gone above and beyond for us after the sale. So originally we were selling our old car to a private buyer, in order to buy the new car. He actually let us down on the day. We spoke to Jason about this and last minute he part exchanged the car for us. We also had problems with the battery on this new car (we think), we rung Jason out of hours and Jason helped us though it. There was also others things which Jason helped us with, once again out of hours and Jason ensured these things were sorted without delay. Basically I think it important to point out, Jason sold us the car but it didn't stop there, he was also there to help us with anything afterwards, which I class as a exceptional and caring service. We've actually seen and spoke that much to Jason, I actually feel like were besties now 🤣. I would highly recommend TJ Vickers. I already heard very good reports and these reports are very true. I am extremely happy and very thankful for everything. I will be spreading the word and I will be using them again for future cars. Thankyou so much to Jason, he's a true asset to TJ Vickers, love Kel, Ian and little Charlotte x
