Prompt, efficient, helpful, and not at all pushy right up to the point of purchase and beyond with my further request all dealt with professionally.
Competitive fee with more cover on our empty property buildings insurance than our regular broker could match.
I hope not to have to make a claim but based on my experience I'd be surprised if they didn't deal with that efficiently also.
