When she needed help with part of my query that she wasn't 100% sure about, she reached out to the relevant staff and didn't keep me on hold for long periods. I felt confident in her customer service and the insurance quote beat all others across 2 comparison websites. Now have 2 vehicles insured via Howden.

I've had 2 cars and house/contents insurance with Howdens for over 20 years. Very efficient, great customer service, friendly & polite.
The only downside is their admin fees now being £55 on top of the insurance costs. £165 a year just for their fees was too much. Unfortunately, this has caused me to look elsewhere where I have found much cheaper insurance.
