The personal service I receive from Howdens is second to none. Their team take personal responsibility for finding insurance cover that fully meets or exceeds my needs at the best price they can achieve. No insurance worth having is cheap, but the level of excellence offered represent the very best value for the price paid. Howdens work hard to find a way to help in any situation, are friendly and actually care about their customers. I know that I can actually call into their nearby office and meet with the people who deal with my insurance - not some disembodied entity on the internet, which is all some other companies provide.

They search the market and explain their recommendation.
