First, your service of care and support is delivered with the friendliness of all staff who come to our home. They are very competent in what they do, and they do so with genuine compassion and interest in the person. They are a joy to welcome into our home and fulfil their work with us with respect and skill. We have every confidence in each of them and are pleased to have the security of our trusted and valued care-workers. We can recommend Bluebird as a company that selects the best people and trains them well in the skills of working with vulnerable people.
The company in Shrewsbury appears to be well run. It communicates adequately with us. Although at times, finding sufficient staff to fulfil all the rota and with the precise time schedules, is quite difficult, the carer does arrive with a smile. In fact the whole company tries to meet diverse needs with kindness and warmth. We trust Bluebird to be there for us, and deliver a good and effective service.

I’ve used Salop Glass on a number of occasions now, but this year decided to do all the windows, doors and garage doors. The work has been incredibly impressive. They arrived when they said they would, completed the job in the time scale given and cleared up any mess created. Great bunch of guys and if anyone is considering getting any work done, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. I certainly wouldn’t use anyone else in the future.
