"My name is Flossie.... I lived at Hampton Hayes for quite a while until I found my new home. I go on regular holidays back to Hampton Hayes. I love seeing Bev and the staff. I get paid lots of compliments about my appearance and manner. It is lovely to see my friends, I feel safe and well looked after. Hampton Hayes has changed my life - I cannot thank them enough for their patience and outstanding quality of care. If you are looking for a 'ME' then visit them straightaway. If you are looking for a holiday, then get your owners to book you in.... The best hotel I know of! Hold on... my owner would like to speak to you - Well, Flossie is a great character. As a recent widow, Bev found me the right dog. Bev listened to what I needed, didn't force a dog on me, just let me take my time to choose. It was the best thing I ever did. I go out on great walks, meet lots of people and have basically been forced to be brave enough to love something again. A recommendation from the heart.
