Shropshire Steam Rally 2026 – A Bank Holiday Celebration of Steam, Heritage and Family Fun
The much-loved Shropshire Steam Rally returns over the August Bank Holiday weekend, bringing together a fantastic display of steam engines, vintage vehicles, tractors, machinery and family entertainment.
Organised by the County of Salop Steam Engine Society, the event is one of the largest and longest-running steam rallies in the region, attracting enthusiasts and families from across the UK.
Visitors can enjoy impressive displays of full-size and miniature steam engines, vintage and classic vehicles, motorcycles, commercial vehicles, stationary engines and agricultural machinery. The rally also features trade stands, craft stalls, food and drink vendors, fairground attractions and plenty of entertainment for all ages.
Whether you're fascinated by engineering history, enjoy classic vehicles or simply want a great family day out, there is something for everyone to enjoy.
