Calling all four-legged friends! Severn Hospice's Charity Dog Show returns to its Shrewsbury hospice in Bicton on Saturday 5th September, following the success of its first event last year.
Dogs of all ages, shapes and sizes are invited along for a fun-filled day for the whole family, with free admission for visitors.
There will be plenty to keep dogs and their humans entertained, including an agility course, showring and stalls selling canine goodies. A BBQ will also be serving burgers, hot dogs and other refreshments throughout the day.
The dog show itself will take place from 1pm–3pm, with classes costing £3 per entry. Whether your four-legged friend has the waggiest tail, can perform an impressive trick or is simply an incredibly handsome hound, there will be opportunities to get involved.
The event is once again being sponsored by Copthorne Vets, with lead vet Richard Morris joining the judging panel.
Best of all, the event will help support the vital work of Severn Hospice. The charity provides specialist care and support to local people living with incurable illness and their families. Severn Hospice says it costs £19.97 every minute to provide its care, making fundraising events such as the Dog Show incredibly important.
