Taking place on Saturday 2nd May 2026, runners can choose between a half marathon or full marathon distance.
The route follows a 13.1-mile loop across the Long Mynd, featuring rugged terrain, climbs and panoramic views. Half marathon runners complete one lap, while marathon participants take on the course twice.
The race starts at 8:00am, with a 7-hour cut-off for the marathon. Marathon runners must complete the first lap by 11:30am to continue.
With a friendly atmosphere, the event includes fully marshalled routes, well-stocked aid stations, and a finisher’s medal for all participants. A virtual option is also available during the week of May 4th for those who prefer to take part remotely.
Ideal for trail runners looking for a rewarding challenge in a beautiful setting.
