Just got my old computer back from Salop Technology and it is transformed!! Took it in for a repair and mentioned that it was running very slowly ( 8 year old machine so not surprising). Discussed swapping out the hard disk for a large SSD which was done within a week and boot time has gone from 10 minutes to 35 seconds! Seriously impressive service and at a very reasonable price.

FIRST TIME I HAD USED THIS BUSISNESS -I phone first thing on a morning as I had a boot drive problem with my Laptop. When in, had to wait as they were dealing with another customer. Point being , they were giving the customer service and I had no trouble waiting, was impressed with what they were doing. My Turn, explained the problem, The lady booted up my Laptop, and within 5 minutes had sorted problem, but ALSO explained what the problem was and how she fixed it. Cost £15 - Very Impressed with Service and affordability. RECOMMENDED

I would not go anywhere else. They do what they say on the tin and they do it very well. I get fed up with repairs shops that say they can anything when what they should be doing is specialising in just one field.

Was so pleased when I found an independent business to upgrade my computer. As I am new to Shrewsbury I did not really know where to look apart from PC World but came across Salop Technology by accident. I am not technical person so could not do an upgrade myself. The lady was very helpful told me the price which I thought was very reasonable and I took my computer in the next day.
The service was very quick and very professional and the sales lady (sorry did not know her name) was professional, pleasant and helpful. Everything was done in the time limit and they phoned me to say my computer was ready. Thank you so much I will definitely be recommending you to others

What a great find Salop Technology in The Parade Shopping Centre, Shrewsbury, is. Calm, pleasant and efficient service, with reasonable charges for sorting out problems on the set up of our new computer. Would highly recommend this company for computer purchase, set up and problem solving.
