Would highly recommend. Excellent service on both residential and commercial sales and purchases. Very prompt to respond and always on hand for advice. I would like to praise Jade Phillips who handled the sale of our house at the end of last year. It proved to be quite a stressful experience for my wife and myself, nothing involving our purchasers or their solicitor was straightforward, but throughout Jade was brilliant with her reassurance and confidence. She was always very clear and definite with her responses and we considered ourselves very lucky to have her on our case. I know some people are very critical sometimes of your profession but Jade was a first class ambassador for PCB.
