I contacted Paul about our front door and he was fantastic with it. Rather than take the callout charge and bill us, he offered advice over the phone about how we could fix it ourselves.

Excellent Service. Initially came via a call-out to resolve door lock issue. Not only replaced lock and secured door, but levelled and aligned door as well (the extra mile). Invited back to resolve a Window lock problem. Inspected, sourced parts and returned to complete repairs within a few days. Efficient, friendly and good value for money. Highly recommended.

Paul is a brilliant locksmith, hugely knowledgeable and so helpful. He dealt with all of our locks at work and is our first port of call should we need any advice on these or for any repair/upgrade. I contacted Paul on Friday as I was picking up keys for house on Monday and we wanted locks changed. Paul was able to assist and changed 4 uPVC locks and also garage lock and checked we had all the right keys for the locking windows. He was efficient, polite and quick to complete work. I would certainly use his services again.
