Called Paul to change all the locks in a new house we had just bought. He came round promptly at a convenient time, nice chap, very knowledgeable about his trade and helpful. Called him a few weeks later with some queries re the new locks, and he just gave me advice over the phone which sorted out the problem.

I rang Paul at about 1pm re a faulty front door lock, expecting to have to make an appointment. However, he called, as promised, just after 4pm, took the lock to pieces, diagnosed the problem and replaced the whole system quietly and efficiently. I couldn't have asked for a better service.

Moved to Whitchurch and wanted all outer locks changed. Emailed Paul who arrived on time, changed 6 locks, mended 1 lock and all without fuss, mess and with a smile! Lovely man!

We needed a locksmith to attend a rental property to promptly fix a broken mechanism in a UPVC front door. A fast and reliable service was necessary as we did not want to cause our tenants undue hassle, Paul attended within a couple of days of being contacted and resolved the issue. New parts were provided without the need for a change of the actual barrel itself so that we did not have to worry about changing the keys for tenants etc. We are therefore very happy with the no-nonsense service received.
