Paul cut a set of 4 keys for me (including an odd post box key which was a bit fiddly), and I was amazed at how quickly he managed to get them done. Even better, they all worked first time!

Paul has provide an excellent service on the 4 occasions that I have had lock problems. Once on a five lever lock in a traditional door. The other occasions, locks in double glazed UPVC units. Paul has always responded timely to my request for help, email or text messages. Paul has always arrived to carry out the repair at the time and date he had stated in his response.
