Staff very friendly and polite. Service efficient and quick. Clean appearance. Another drink for £1 a good idea. Bit disappointed as only 1 GF cake available, particularly on a busy bank holiday and no mention of any other choices anywhere so I didn't eat. The rest of my group enjoyed the food though. Gets really busy.

We visited Love Plants and their cafe. Unfortunately there was an event on and the car park was very full. There are disabled parking spaces near the entrance and easy access to the cafe. I had to park in a normal space as all disabled spaces were full. The shop and plant area was easy to navigate.
The lunch was good with a selection of items for vegetarians.
The event that was on - about static caravans, all of which had steps up to them and so inaccessible - was itself accessible and the paths were level with plenty of drops on curbs.
There was a disabled toilet but it was a slightly too small for my liking but very useable.

Wonderful location apart from a5 traffic and hot tubs close at 6pm off season. However we loved the 5* treatment and facilities were great. My husband thought that the lighting bollards may have been slightly intrusive for wildlife and an adverse visual impact at night across dark.countrysideThank you for a pleasant stay. I'm sure we'll be back with family and children 👍
