I have used a/plan insurance for years, by me find that the vfm is not there so will probably look k further a field next time.
Always friendly and love the staff but feel they haven’t the bargaining power they had.
Money is getting very tight and we have to make changes where we can to save the pennies.

Rang Howden after receiving my renewal, which was slightly higher than other quotes. Spoke to Tay, who was very polite and managed to get my quotes matched. Now our 3rd year with Howden (2 policies) and happy to stay with them.
