Howden have worked hard and successfully to find us underwriters after a couple of claims made life difficult for them.

Although I had expected a price increase in premiums I was absolutely astounded with the almost doubling of price. I have NEVER had to claim on car insurance. Riding’s Insurance, (Bury) recommended Howdens and transferred my details to you, when they sadly ceased trading.Being a active pensioner I need to carefully take stock this year and for the future.

Your staff are very helpful and quick to remind of renewal. However when they noted down a couple of facts wrongly they tried to charge me and extra £30 in-between quoting and renewing the facts never changed so I know its wasn't my mistake. Therefore I suggest they listen more carefully as I was going to take my business elsewhere also last year you sent all my details to another customer which I was far from happy about and haven't forgotten.
