I have my car and homeowner’s insurance with you because of Darren Hayward at your Bury St Edmunds branch. I can buy insurance anywhere, it doesn’t matter to me. Darren always answers when I call, or he calls me right back. He’s great. I’ve been with him for years. I’ve left several insurance providers because they automated the interface with customers. Worst PR ever. Insurance is a significant annual cost.

I have insured my horse box with APlan ( now Howden) for several years and the reason I have stayed with them is because their customer service is excellent and they are also very competitive and always get a good deal year after year. I would highly recommend them to anybody wanting a good price and a friendly voice on the end of the phone
