Visited a branch local to me and was passed on to Motor Direct in Witney after the branch suggested that their quotations might be cheaper. Competitive quote provided over the telephone, and kept well informed throughout. Friendly and helpful advice from George and Matthew and no pressure sales as experienced elsewhere. Very happy with service provided.

The gentleman who I spoke to was very helpful, I told him the quotes I had and could he better them, he obviously asked my details and promised to ring round and get back to me within an hour or so which he did. He saved me approx. £100 pounds so I was completely satisfied.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Howden Insurance. I was looking for insurance for my Campervan. The gentleman who rang me back was called Miroe He was lovely. The whole experience was easy to follow and Miroe did not rush me, made sure I fully understood at every step. I had been to another Insurer (specialising in Campervan insurance) and completed online comparison and although the quote from Howden Insurance was a little higher I went with them as the Policy offered was a better Policy and, going by my experience with Miroe, I believe that this Company are a Company who want to look after their customers and do their best for them.
