Superb personal service from Howden. I've been with them for around 13 years now for my kit car (when they were originally A Plan) and now my Porsche. It's nice to talk to a human being who can tailor your insurance requirements to meet your needs, unlike going to one of the larger insurers direct.

After taking out car insurance over the last 4/5 year with on line companies it was a wonderful relief to talk to someone about my new policy and know that I will not be expected to remember passwords , or expected to “ tick boxes “ with any query I may have re my car policy. Chelsea was friendly efficient and knowledgable when finding the right policy for me. It’s reassuring to know that Ihave a “ real “ person to talk to at any time. I had forgotten just how reassuring it was to talk one to one about something as important as insurance. I can only sing your praises. !!!
