The staff at Howdens were most helpful and guided us through both car and house insurance.So much more comfortable to deal with real people than the internet.Ypu may have to pay a service fee but this is worth it so they can do all then dealing when something goes wrong therefore less stress.

The way the agent dealt with my new policy after i was originally quoted a silly price as not being able to fit the van on my driveway. So i suggested he should google my house to see where it was being parked & he showed that to the underwriter & came back with a very good quote that i accepted .

Just writing to leave some positive feedback for Bobby at the Tooting branch of Howden insurance in London. I had just had a very bad experience with Dial Direct regarding van insurance for my business van. I would avoid them at all costs! Bobby was really helpful well spoken and had ace communication skills. This is more than I can say for the car insurance industry at large. These large corporations are highly unethical and operate much like a criminal cartel in my opinion. Bobby helped me get a decent deal considering the unethical and fraudulent treatment I have been subject to regarding my previous dealings with Dial Direct Axa and LVE insurance. 5 Stars for Bobby! Time will tell how Howden works out as an insurance broker but they are off to a good start thanks to a really fab agent at the Tooting branch.
