Very helpful staff , but the policy information was difficult to follow it was difficult to download and I could not find details of phone nos for breakdown assistance. Made enquiry about home insurance and after giving all my details and being promised a call back it never happened , very disappointed after being told by your staff what a good service you can offer. Didn’t get the £50 .00 that was offered if you couldn’t better my renewal quote . Not good !

We needed to insure our motorhome for Uk and European cover.. and Ben Edwards was absolutely fantastic.. we went through all the things I wanted covered when in Europe and UK. He was patient, polite and charming. He explained all the features and benefits offered and we were really impressed.. suffice to say.. we are sending him a list of our cars, home and business dates for next insurance.. so we can keep all the policy’s with the same company. Highly recommend

Everything was very good but I have since found out that Howdens offer a 10% discount to drivers of my type of car if you are a member of the owner's club. I had no idea of that when i took out the policy and am surprised that your operative did not mention it.

I had a great experience when I spoke with Nick from the Chichester branch. I was looking for a new quote for home insurance. Nick was very polite and professional and was incredibly informative on the amount of cover I needed. The other really lovely aspect to this young man was his ability to communicate ‘off script’ which I truly believe to be a rarity in Customer Sales nowadays!

I was seeking insurance for a commercial building and Howden's name arose from a business comparison site. The lady I dealt with there, Peta Green quoted well below the other offers I had obtained but it was still with one of the largest underwriters. She was most helpful and paid much attention to detail and the personal aspects of the transaction. Highly recommended. I will certainly be contacting her when my own house and motor insurances become due.
