Had forgotten to renew home and contents insurance and was in a bit of a panic, Mike at the Parkstone branch sorted everything and made me feel less stressed, he was calm and in control of everything. he phoned later with an acceptable quote which i was happy to accept. Any company is seen/assessed through the touch points with their customers and a chap called Jake (B) made it all so very easy.
