Amazing customer service. After being with another insurance company for years, this year they hiked the annual cost up enormously!(I'm aware that insurance has risen) a friend recommended Howden and I love the fact that you can actually speak to someone in the UK and there is a local office. Craig talked me through everything and the cost was extremely competitive. I'm hoping to be a long term customer. I haven't given 5 stars, as I have yet to claim (hoping I never need to!)

Didn’t have to take ages getting lots of quotes ending up costing more than last one online. We had to chase up the policy documents via email as they forgot to send them to us. The process ended up taking nearly 2hrs in the office due to a slow computer system! Hence 3 stars.
