After being confused by the so-called 'help' sites I decided to find an insurance broker. At Howden I was listened to and helped by a member of staff. Choosing any kind of insurance is time consuming and a bit of a headache (let's be honest!) I found great reviews on TrustPilot for Howden and I can see why. Both Christopher (motor insurance) Christian (home insurance) were brilliant. One-stop shopping! Super helpful going through all my options, taking into consideration my budget - and best of all, "live" people who really do care. I'm recommending Howden to all my friends.

Customer service was second to none , managed to find me a competitive price and staff very helpful , only niggle was they hadn’t taken my e-mail correctly so I did not get the policy through , however all sorted on next phone call .
