I googled locally for an Insurance Broker and found Howden in Galashiels. I spoke on the phone and although he said they mostly dealt with commercial business he said he would try to help me and some one would come back to me. I later received a call from the Cheltenham office and the man I spoke with was very pleasant and helpful.

My call handler, Tanya Nigro was an absolute dream to deal with. Really helpful, informative, friendly and absolutely NO hard selling. I came off the phone very happy and comfortable and belive it or not, having had a bit of fun banter whilst parting with yet more money in a money tight climate. She went the extra mile to find me the absolute best deal, and I was really impressed with how much she saved me. I've been with this company for 9 years now, and they NEVER let me down and are always so friendly. Highly recommend, can't sat enough good about them!!!!
