I use the Eastleigh Hampshire branch they always call back , excellent service and look after all my insurance needs.
I recommend their service to anyone , when we had to claim ( other party fault) A plan looked after the whole process sorted out a courtesy car, our car collected repaired and delivered home within four days.

Having used various comparison sites over the years, it became clear to me that often the result that tempts you to choose a policy isnt always the final cost and because of the complexity of insurance policies often the proposed insurance company would contact me after I thought all was complete only to inform me that the policy details weren't correct and further admin costs needed. I decided I'd go back to a traditional insurance broker and called in to A plan in Horsham. The staff we're polite, friendly and professional. They took all my details and then began a search for a policy that would suit all my requirements and with no hidden extras, plus they could verify with me all the details were correct. I shall be using A Plan again in the future and now my wife uses them too.
