I have been with A Plan for about 5 years for both car and buildings insurance. I have checked elsewhere to see if the rates are competitive for the same level of cover and they are always good. Service from Wimbledon Branch is friendly and efficient too.
It would be good if they offered 0% payment plans but apart from that I am a happy customer.

I've never gone anywhere else for my car insurance. What I appreciate is that they know my name as some of them have been there for years, when I've had the odd crash, I've been able just to walk in and they've helped me (no hanging on the phone for a faceless voice), and when I forget my breakdown details I can phone them and they'll tell me. All of that is priceless.
