Aplan were incredibly helpful in finding a car insurance plan. John at their Worcester branch and Josh in Oxford were both very polite, clear, and professional but also down to earth so I felt that they were actually trying to get me the best deal for me. Great experience and would highly recommend to everyone to go through them. Ended up with a fab insurance plan, and left feeling good about my interactions.
