Friendly, helpful and informative every time I deal with anyone at A plan. I dont mean this to be racist in any way shape or form but it makes a huge difference to me to be able to talk to and understand people that are professional and clear when dealing with anything over the phone. I feel like I am understood better as a result of this and I can get exactly what I need to get myself covered. Keep up the good work A plan, Im not going anywhere else!! Thankyou : )

Very pleased with service. Staff always polite and helpful. If they say they'll ring you back, they always do. Never have to remember a renewal date as the staff ring you. I find the prices good and I like the fact that you can talk to a person face to face in branch or via the phone.

I changed to A - Plan 2 years ago because of their very reasonable car insurance quote, and their polite professional service from all their staff, I have since taken out our Building and contents insurance with them for the same reasons, it is also nice that they are local to us, so any queries we can call in to chat face to face.
