Having had another insurance company let us down at the last minuet. Elle from the Aylesbury branch first words to me were "Don't worry I can fix this!" Routine renewal of car insurance, but despite clear telephone instructions on some changes of detail and the need to renew legal cover these were omitted in the documentation first sent.to me. As a longstanding customer I have to say I was disappointed.

I can’t speak highly enough of A-Plan and their associates. I have my Jeep insurance and recently added my home insurance. They always find me the best deal and with my home insurance, I get so many more benefits than my bank. The sales guys are friendly, knowledgeable and competent, they will listen and maybe share a joke!! I’ve recommended to my friends and family and have been rewarded with a £25 card! Very happy customer!

I have been with A-Plan for a good few years, all car, motorcycle and house insurance through them and until this year so was my wife, unfortunately due to a poor renewal price forcast she insured elsewhere.
My pickup truck was almost heading the same way, however when i contacted the office the staff member managed to provide a very competitive price which i took.
I have always been more than satisfied with the service i have received from A-plan but just one note, please when renewal projections are sent out make them more competitive and more customers will remain loyal to the company.
