What a fantastic experience today with Alex Nea of the Private Client Team. I called at 1150 am needing car insurance in place for tomorrow morning and looking for great service and a better deal that my existing company - this was for a second car for me so not straight forward as was the car choice. Not only was the service outstanding, the price was great and the "special policy" had various other benefits. My documents were received within the hour!
Delighted with the outcome and I will be back when my other car is due for renewal. Alex Nea, you are a gentlemen and a fantastic professional. Highly recommended.

I am very pleased with the cooperation with Pol-Plan Insurance . Consultants / advisers Mr. Mateusz, Ms Natalia and Ms Beata were very helpful, they approached the subject professionally, I was served quickly and efficiently. High level consulting. I had a problem that was solved very quickly. In the future I intend to continue using the offers of Pol-Plan. A plan is the best insurance broker out there they've supported me through the claim with my insurance provider RSA. Steve from Basingstoke Branch needs a promotion 10/10 he's the most genuine helpful person I've ever come across dealing with insurance. Once again a big massive thank you Steve couldn't of got it sorted without you mate.

I recently renewed my American Truck insurance with A Plan, They value loyal customers premium increases are not the usual "how much can we get away with" but fair increases due to market trends keep it up guys and I'll be with you forever but not the only reason to recommend their claims department are helpful and efficient. and made my claim painless and easy.. Just completed my new car insurance deal with the Kidderminser branch. Having had a company car for several years, there were a number difficult issues. These were overcome with the assistance of Matthew Fellows, who offered me a very competitive solution that was significantly lower than the comparison sites. I would advise anyone to consider this very personal service before going down that route.
Impressed so much, I took out home insurance at the same time. These guys have gone onto my Christmas list. Theyll have to wait a while though!!

I have been going to A-Plan for all my insurance (Home & Motor) for the last few years and have been consistently and pleasantly surprised at how good they are. Service is quick anmd efficient and staff are cheerful and really good communicators who seem well-trained and motivated to produce an excellent service. It's a rare thing in this day and age to find such a genuinely good company in this sector and I wholeheartedly recommend them.
