I have been with A Plan for many years for motor and household insurance. I left them once for a rival company and the service I received was awful. I went back at renewal , The staff are well trained in product knowledge are friendly yet professional. I love that they actually have real people in real branches so any issues can be discussed face to face. You get good value for money. I’ve recommended them to friends and family, one family member was shocked by how much they saved on a motor policy as it was half the quote they got on line.

A-Plan are the only place I would go for specialist car insurance. I have a Westfield Aerorace and the Thatcham office staff know their cars and what it is so I don't go through stupid questions like some other supposedly specialist insurance companies. They are great people to talk to and are always keen for you to go over and say hello when they are at a car show.

We have been clients of A Plan for 20+ years and have our cars and home policies with them. We have always found them to be very helpful. Because they're a broker their policies may be a little more expensive than using internet based search engines and therefore going direct to insurance companies. However I personally prefer to pay the extra so I am guaranteed the best advice and service. I recently had a claim on my motor policy and it was hassle free to repair my car etc. My daughter on the other hand who doesn't use A Plan has had no end of trouble with her claim. All their staff are polite, and incredibly helpful and have always returned calls as promised. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

The only insurance agency that I have dealt with that has never let me down but only gives good and clear service. All costs are laid out clearly so you can add extra services if you need or just have the insurance only. I used to be with Direct Line but they relied on you arguing and threatening to leave to give you their 'best' price. None of that nonsense with A Plan - they are happy to get you the best price.
