Listened to everything that I wanted out of our house insurance and that’s what we got at a brilliant price! Friendly, professional and affordable couldn’t ask for more!

Excellent service from all of the staff at the Witney office. Always pleasant and polite. Willing to talk to the customer and listen to what they need. Always find the best quote they can give you. I have now got all my insurances with them, which is two cars and house and contents insurance. Keep up the excellent work.

I've used A-plan for car insurance for a number of years and I'm very happy with them. Prices are good and customer service is second to none. They give the feel of a small and very customer-focused organisation, with no automated phone systems so you get straight through to someone with a very personal and efficient approach.

Absolutely 1st class service today from Emma at the Bromsgrove branch, Nothing was too much trouble, Emma worked hard to get me a great deal. Very informative. So i now have my mobile home covered with A-plan along with My home insurance, My next intention, To transfer my vehicles to this company.
