I have found A-Plan to be non-fussy. I have my own retirement business (picture framing) which is very small (turnover about £5k per annum) and found it difficult with some other insurers to obtain insurance or anything at a reasonable price. My business is extremely low risk as I do not accept new customers these days and it is a minor activity in the grand scheme of things..

Excellent service from this company. I have used them from 18 to 60 !!! still try and beat other quotes and will help when you have a problem. Great to be able to see a real person who can help and if not will find someone who can.

Very good service. However, because the salespeople have to work to a script, they often gabble through it so quickly that the listener does not have time to assimilate and process what is being said. Remember, it’s the first time we’ve heard it!!
