They listened to my needs and provided a policy that matched my needs, they weren’t the most competitive however the policy offered was fully inclusive of my needs. Will most certainly be discussing our other policies with them when renewal dates come around.

It was really helpful to be able to speak to the insurance representative rather than on line purchasing. Car Insurance terms are so important to get right and there are a variety of options and have any queries discussed was so easy. Hard copy quotations were immediately e-mailed for consideration. The representative was professional helpful, listened and was easily contactable on the telephone - no long delays or vast time wasting pre-recorded options.

This renewal was significant as I like using a broker .
After moving house, I continued with the previous broker at a distance . However, this changed when the firm began to operate from a different place in the UK . Therefore, it was no longer offering the personal experience like before.
I therefore decided to transfer to Howdens locally. I wanted to make this choice. And to be able to continue to receive a personal service .
