My Home insurance was due for renewal and I received an email from A-Plan insurance offering me home insurance at a very competitive price.
As I already have car insurance with A-Plan on two of my cars, I already had confidence in them as a reputable insurance company so I contacted them.
The person I spoke to was very polite and friendly, and knew what he was talking about. He had all my details of my car insurance policies and told me that as an existing customer with two car policies, I would receive a very good discount on a home insurance policy. He offered me an equal policy at over £100 less than my existing policy renewal price so I did not hesitate to renew with A-Plan insurance. It was all dealt with very efficiently and my new policy paperwork arrived in the post a couple of days later.
I am very pleased with the service I received and I was made to feel that Customer loyalty matters with this company !!

A-Plan Insurance it's name suggests what you should do for insurance make A-Plan to call them & give them a shot at getting you a good deal on your insurance saved me £50 off my van insurance & I got more covered!!

Friendly, helpful polite staff. I have been with A Plan for many years and certainly wouldn't change now. Always willing to try and match other prices and very knowledgeable. Had 2 accidents, which weren't my fault, and they were brilliant at sorting everything from getting me a courtesy car to ensuring me that I would get my car back asap. It's nice to speak to someone you feel you have got to know over the years. I have recommended A Plan to many people.

I have four policies with A plan , they always contact us well in advance of due dates. There is alway someone there to help and sort out any problems and give advice. This way of insurance with the company a few minutes walk from home is for us a far better way than going on line.
