A-plan were double insuring me after they renewed my policy without my verbal consent. When I called them, they were very quick and helpful and made sure all my money was refunded. The customer service was amazing.
Just a shame that their prices aren't competitive! Definitely get some other quotes and be ready to negotiate if you're considering this insurer. The extra price may be worth it for the amazing team at A-plan Eastleigh.
