I've used A-Plan for five years now and it's always been an excellent service. When I phone them I get someone who's helpful, efficient and knows what they're talking about. I love the fact that they're always there at the end of the phone for any query.

As a 70+ was pleasantly surprised to be able to renew my insurance by telephone in light of current restrictions. The procedure was simple and well explained and took little time. Documents were sent to me quickly.

Last year I found a better deal for our two car’s insurance on-line. A Plan asked if they might quote for us in 12 months time. This they did, undercut my current insurance company by £100, so I’m very pleased. A Plan are respectful, not pushy, and I’m pleased to be back with them

Great service from A-Plan in terms of communication and getting back to me when they said they would do so. Only issue I have is that their prices are not comparable to what you can get online. Granted, we aren't comparing like for like in terms of service, but it took a few discussions for their final offer of a car insurance policy to be comparable with what I can get online.
