A-plan were reccomended by oficailly gassed on you tube ( shout to Jamie) so i thought i would give them a try. From the first interaction Darren was polite friendly and a man of his word. Took some details real quick and said he would call me back with a tailored quote, exactly when he said he called he did which made a good impression. Very well spoken took me through everything and made sure i understoon clearly. The quote was pretty much half of what i am paying now for exactly the same service. Darren was very professional not pushy at all and a pleasure to deal with. Also got told about additional services they offer which is brilliant

Following my experience with conversations with Robert and Chloe on two separate calls this week I am happy to report that both these individuals were professional, well informed and 100% helpful in arranging changeover of insurance of one of our two vehicles insure with A Plan.

I recently bought a van and had complimentary insurance which needed setting up. I dealt with a great member of staff who made sure all the details were correct and put me through to the right department whilst sorting out my temp cover in the back ground. Before the end of the call i had received an email and everything was in place.
