I had a claim for my house and A Plan had insured me with RSA for buildings and Legal & General for Contents.
They looked after my claim well and efficiently, they contacted both the insurers and both offices called me within a day and sent someone over within a few days.
The only reason why I didn't give a 5 star was that they should have followed up to see how it was going as we had a few issues with RSA/Sedgwick, but when I called A Plan (St Albans Office) up, my agent Eric Juster came through for me.
