Anthony was excellent but couldn't get hold of him to amend policy. Got cut off speaking to a guy and Samantha wasn't able to find out which guy it was 30 secs later. Proceeded to amend policy herself and then send it in some complicated passworded vault I'm NOT INTERESTED IN.

A-Plan are professional and reliable. We have dealt with them for over 8 years now and they do not disappoint. The key thing is their honesty. If you find a better comparable deal online, they will try to match it, if not, they are vey honest with saying so.

Have had my insurance with A-plan for over a decade now never any issues! Used to have it sorted with Richard but now we have been dealing with Sean Knighton on the Isle of Wight branch the last few years on both our cars, he is very informative and gets us the best deal, makes renewing insurance hassle free . Highly recommend him & do!

I have been with A Plan some years now, maybe I should of shopped around in that time, but I haven't felt a real need to do so. I think the service has worked for me generally and experienced no problems when dealing with emergencies like windscreen repairs for example. In truth I am lucky as not to make larger insurance claims, so my premiums always seem to remain reasonable. The team seems to be professional,helpful and friendly.
