Very helpful and friendly agent (Kevin) I spoke to in the Leamington Spa branch. Happy with the deal I received for home insurance and happy that there's a branch office for face-to-face meetings.
Not so happy with Howdens main office who rang me up several days later to ask if I still wanted insurance as there was no record of now being insured! Get your act together.
