Despite numerous telephone calls & being sent all around the various branches my review seemed to find someone who obtained my documents & sent them out straight away. Documents arrived by 1st class post this morning.
I will try to obtain one person to deal with me rather than be sent around the country.

Had to take out a new policy today 24/12/25 spoke to luke morley excellent service from him securing me the best deal really took his time an explained everything in detail didn’t rush me nor did he make me feel obliged to go with his advice fantastic customer service an easy thank you

What an excellent company. Every member of staff I deal with are first class. I’ve been dealing with Matt Clark with my motoring insurance. With Matt on his Christmas break Chloe Wilde finalised my policy. I’d never spoken with Chloe before but she sorted my insurance in a professional and competent manner and replicated the service I always get off Matt. I have used Howdens (formerly A Plan) since 2008 and because of the excellent service I receive the have all my personal, business and motoring policies.

Howden has proven time and time again to be a good Insurance Company. I have had my car and home insurance with them for many years. Steve Terry and Catherine Smith have always been just a phone call away for helping me with all my problems. Highly recommend.

Your staff member was most helpful when I rang them to renew my Classic car insurance policy today. He explained my renewal cover in great detail with clarity and was very professional at all times. The renewal premium was very competitive and at the end of the conversation I felt Howden was a company thst cared.

Very helpful staff when I went into the office. Found me a good deal with my house insurance quickly and easily. And when I rang for further information I got through to the same person easily and quickly. And were happy to give me a few days to think about it so I felt no pressure, which was great.
