Was contacted by A-Plan almost immediately after expressing my interest on their website. I had gone through all the comparison sites and then read the reviews on trust pilot for the cheapest quotes and was apprehensive about proceeding. Being able to speak to someone direct and not through a call centre matters to me as I intend to change my car midway through the year and don't want any hassle. A-plan gave me a competitive quote and the rep was very efficient.
