The staff were very helpful, I spoke to and saw several of them.
Following flooding at home, they contacted the insurer for me. The loss adjuster and carpet removal people followed soon after.
So, the process is well under way, although I have to wait for the de-humidifier to work before the carpet is replaced (and possibly skirting boards).
The drying out process is almost completed.

I heard good things about you guys on my vw transporter forum groups on Facebook, I can't remember the guys name from the Thatcham branch, but he was very very helpfull , I custom built my van myself and explained all the mods I have done to it, and the guy got me a really good price for fully comp insurance, and it is now insured for what it should be, I highly recommend A plan Insurance.
