Have used A-Plan for a number of years, both for car and house/contents insurance. Have only needed them once for a minor car incident and I was extremely impressed with the way they handled it.
They’re always available either at the end of a phone, or on-line to answer any queries, and to be quite honest they take all the hassle out of insurance for me.

A-Plan have well trained staff who are polite, helpful and complicit with specific requests. As my policy falls due for renewal in January, they usually contact me at Christmas time when it is often inconvenient! Between us we manage that well.

Everything is very simple. We received an acceptable quote straight away without any haggling or having to go to other insurers for comparables. All the staff at A Plan are polite, friendly and efficient. The main advantage is that when you phone, you immediately get a human being! I just love the way I can pop in to my Insurance offices like I did when I first stated driving 5o plus years ago. A plan are so helpful polite and give no pressure. I wouldn't even think of changing my Insurance company again now. And most of the family also have A plan too. Thank you.
