I've returned to Aplan insurance after several years break. My decision to return was because I'm going through a very busy period at the moment and Aplan make the process so easy. I had two policies that needed attention and Aplan took the stress away, it's so much easier when you can talk through what's needed with a professional. Aplan is the way forward for me from now on.

We visited the Eastbourne office to purchase car insurance recently Chris Hibbert was very helpful & it was sorted out quickly. All the staff are friendly & helpful, we’ve been going to them now for car & home insurance for a couple of years as we like to be able to pop in & see someone face to face!

Called for a quote after numerous recommendations and wasn't disappointed. Jess was really helpful, covered a few different options I was considering and was really friendly and made what is usually a bit of tedious task quite enjoyable. Very competitive price too and a thorough policy for the cover I wanted. Would definitely recommend.

Great company, I have been using them for over 3 years now and they have always got me a great deal on my insurance.

The consultant was so patient with me as it was the first time I had insured a camper. When I wasn’t happy with one charging aspect they did manage to reduce another fee to get an overall reduction. My only quibble is it wasn’t east to find a contact email after the policy was set up. But after a phone call this was established (to send in my list of modifications). I prefer email as I usually do admin in the evenings so it would of been helpful to have this at the start. But overall, all good.

Spoke to the agent at Northwich shop named Rebecca and she was brilliant, she listened to everything i had to say and what policy suited my needs and she sorted everything out with minimal fuss or time consuming. She saved me money on my house and contents renewal that my existing insurer couldn’t match. Absolutely recommend 110%

Renewing my annual car insurance is always a pleasure with A-Plan. They do their research into the best offers out there and advise accordingly. Louise Knowles called when she said she would, was friendly and extremely knowledgeable, easy to chat to and gave me good advice. My policy landed in my in box within two minutes, very pleased with the efficiency and will continue with them next year.
