Just a quick review on my interaction with Ewan at APlan last week. I needed to get another car put on my policy hastily and called into A plan to see what could be done. Ewan answered the phone and on hearing what I needed quickly set about finding me the right cover. Within half an hour he had a quote ready for me and it was competitive to say the least as in that time I had done my own desk top research. Once again A Plan have met and in this instance exceeded my expectations. Many thanks Ewan..

The company adviser spent time talking to me and the insurer to tailor the new home policy to my requirements following the initial offering. Also to look for possible alternative insurers. Having verbally accepted the revised policy sadly it did not appear in their document vault for me to check the details as advised. After following this up the policy was then sent as an email attachment which I accepted for renewal. I subsequently rang and discussed a couple of small detail corrections over the phone.
