I used A Plan as they had recently dealt with a claim by my son very efficiently and fairly.
I called in without an appointment but was met with a friendly greeting and my requirements were dealt with extremely professionally and promptly. I was particularly impressed with Kloe and her willingness to involve other advisers if she thought they could improve on her recommendation.
Follow up was equally impressive. Will be moving our other insurances to them in due course. Excellent firm all round.

I had so much trouble with previous insurers while trying to claim, tried a few quotes and looked at reviews on a few companies but most seemed the same as the one I was with then found a-plan, had better reviews so gave them a call, brilliant service, spoke with a lovely lady called Val, explained things in a way no one had before, was sympathetic with my situation and advised me how to deal with it and get the best quote, spoke to a couple of other advisers before taking out the p[olicy all very pleasant and helpful, would definitely recommend making the call

I am purchasing a Nissan Eland converted into a Camper Van and required insurance for when I collect it. Only having insured a car or a house this proved to be a somewhat different experience until I contacted A-plan. I was listened to, advised and treated as a human not a box ticking exercise/hoop jumping exercise.
