Thorough in taking repetitive details which have not changed and obtaining renewals with well trained staff by phone. Making contact less certain and accessing portal, I’ve no idea.
I have more than one vehicle insured and in course of renewing a truck, my premium was bumped up despite a recent incident not being registered as a claim ( 100% NFA to third party insurers) as my broker this should have been avoided.
