I attended A-plan in Epsom yesterday on recommendation of a friend & was very impressed. Expansive office with staff immediately available. As a septuagenarian I find the internet frustrating & of course impersonal so A-plan Insurance Brokers are far better than trying to navigate a plethora of offers & conditions etc. Companies nowadays seem to revel in avoiding their customers whilst expecting them to wade through reams of potential questions. The customer used to be ‘King’ but now we’re just a pesky nuisance. That’s why A-plan is an oasis in a huge desert of indifference & ignorance. I was immediately able to set my car insurance in motion & set up home emergency cover for a very reasonable price. I realise it’s early days for me but first impressions are excellent & very promising.

I needed insurance to take into account my no claims discount built up driving a company car. I struggled and came across A Plan using a Google search. Luke Morley my advisor at the Tooting Branch was very professional and assisted me with getting the insurance cover I required and was able to use the no claims discount built up with my company car, all at a reasonable cost. All policy documents etc. were speedily sent across for me to review. The hassle over using "comparison" sites was eliminated and the ease of using A Plan was excellent. I would definitely recommend and use again.
