A-plan insurance is like going back to the old days when talking to a real person and getting put through immediately are a given. I just feel that speaking to someone I can actually visualise in my home town is so much more reassuring than relying on a lengthy wait at a call centre to take my enquires.

They always notify me when an insurance is due, always helpful and polite. They are always accommodating (ie if I ask for a payment to be delayed (to fit with credit card payment) if before renewal date ).

Friendly and efficient customer service in providing a competitive quote. They also provided advice which indirectly helped me resolve a long standing issue with my outgoing insurers.
